Collective Message

Today, I want you to think about what you are putting out into your atmosphere. When I think of vibrations, I think of the internal energy within us, not necessarily our thoughts but the way we feel. Observing your behavior lets you get a clue about how you feel. Your feelings and thoughts sometimes do not coincide with each other. Although you may have a fleeting thought of fear, it can be quickly replaced by a quick action that puts you back in love. This takes discipline and patience.

Finding Discipline

Discipline is the word for today. Although it can have a negative connotation, it can also really help you stay on the course that makes you feel the most at peace. For example, I may be having a challenging day due to the outside world and all of its “challenges” and people, lol. But with a set practice, I can learn how to remain peaceful within myself, no matter if the outside world has to offer something good or bad.

I want you to know It is truly possible. I have found that I can bring myself back to peace by listening to a certain podcast (shout out to Curly Nikki). I listen to her daily; it is a part of a routine that allows me to step into the only Power, Godpower. This is a wonderful form of discipline for my spiritual goals. See discipline as something helpful. Your routine to staying in your highest alignment does not have to be rigorous or hard to accomplish.

As I start on my discipline journey, I will find ways to send out these messages to you as close to daily as I can. I love ya’ll so much, and I am so happy we are on this ZenFilled Journey together! You got all of this!
